These online shopping terms and conditions apply to all purchases ordered online at www.Nutr8deli.co.za. Use of our online shopping website constitute the buyer’s acceptance and agreement to be bound by the Terms of our website as amended from time to time.
Your On-line shopping experience with Nutr8Deli.
Nutr8Deli is owned and run by Nutr8Wellness SA, a company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa with company registration number: 202247378507 headquartered at 10 Marikana Crescent, Morningside, 2196.
Nutr8Deli showcases both Nutr8 Wellness – SA products as well as those of a select group of partner companies. Whilst we warrant our own products as per the terms of our warranty herein, we cannot warrant any of the products purchased that are supplied by our partner companies and the purchaser buys these products purely at their own risk.
Order, Check-out, Payments, and Deliveries
Please note that all products displayed on our website are subject to availability and will be delivered only within the Republic of South Africa. All prices shown on our website are quoted in South African Rands and are valid and effective only in the Republic of South Africa.
Nutr8Deli will debit the total value online orders against the payment option selected method tendered by the purchaser during the check-out process. Payment will be affected on acceptance of any order and prior to delivery. Any order placed is construed as the purchaser’s agreement to these terms and conditions.
We will require certain details from the purchaser to verify the payer as well as the delivery address to which purchases must be delivered.
Once an order is ready for payment, value added tax will be added to the basket at the time of check-out, and a deliver fee where applicable will also be charged.
Users of the website will have the right to opt in or opt out of signing on for the Nutr8 Wellness newsletter, which may present opportunities for further discounts on acceptance.
Website users will also be able to use a Nutr8 Wellness Reseller promo code which will ensure that any product recommendations made by the Nutr8 Wellness SA channel resellers will result in the reseller receiving a commission. From time to time, the use of the reseller promo code will also result in a surprise discount for the purchaser.
All products displayed on our web site are subject to availability and if out of stock we urge our customers to make a product request in the wish list section of the website. Any attempt to add an out-of-stock product to a shopping cart will be unsuccessful. Nutr8deli reserves the right to discontinue or change the specifications of our products without notice, and we will make every attempt to inform our customers of such changes whether planned or unplanned in a timeous fashion.
Nutr8Deli will attempt to deliver all products purchased within 96 hours which cannot be guaranteed as we use third party deliver and logistics companies to affect our deliveries, and as such we reserve the right to change these delivery lead times. Nutr8Deli deliveries will be affected from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00. Accompanying the delivery of the order to the specified delivery address, will be a Nutr8Deli delivery note showing the items delivered, any non-available items, the delivery fees, VAT, and the amount paid.
The Delivery service will require a South African identification document or in some cases the pin number sent to the receiving party to confirm legitimate receipt of the order. Any other person who agrees to sign for the delivery at the legitimate address per the order details, will then be assumed to be authorised to do so. Failing any of the above, the delivery service will keep the package for later delivery, which will be prearranged with the receiving party, and which may incur an additional delivery fee. From time to time, Nutr8 Deli may opt to waive the deliver charge based on a purchase amount.
Given that we outsource our delivery logistics to third parties, we cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, its directors, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates.
Returns Policy
Nutr8Deli is unable to provide returns for any products purchased unless they can be proven to be tainted. We expend every effort to batch test our products prior to release for public consumption. If in the event that any product is proven to be tainted on delivery, Nutr8 will replace such product free of charge to the purchaser.
Cancellation Policy
Any order that is cancelled prior to delivery will be refunded net of any financial and bank charges incurred. Should a cancellation be received after delivery has been affected, the delivery and return delivery charges will apply and become payable by the purchaser, and any refund will be nett of these charges.
Nutr8Deli Products, Website Images, and Testimonials
Nutr8deli is committed to bring to our customers the best nature has to offer in both the formulas, the consistency and taste of our products. We do reserve the right to change the formulas at any time and we value any feedback from the use of our products. It must be noted that our packaging may vary from the images displayed on our website, and we will continue to strive to move to packaging that does not have a negative impact on the environment.
Please note that any testimonials that are reflected on our website are the opinions of the writers of such testimonials and will be published verbatim. We do attempt to curate the content of our contributors to align to our of product development ethos, but no independent views displayed on our website can be construed to be our views or represent our product development ethos, or dietary opinions, or our company values.
We appreciate constructive commentary from our customers and consumers of our products, and we encourage all users who wish to comment on our product efficacy and range of products to do so. Please be advised that any comments posted on our website will become the property of Nutr8 Wellness – SA and will be used in any way we wish whether commercially or otherwise. It is a policy of Nutr8 Wellness – SA that we do not pay for anyone to post comments on our website(s) as we do not want to purvey biased commentary in our favour but prefer that any commentary is based on user experience with our products. By making any comments on the Nutr8Deli or Nutr8 Wellness – SA website(s), the commentator warrants that they will not violate any rights, ours, or a third party which will include any intellectual property that belongs to either Nutr8 Wellness – SA or that of our partner companies who promote and/or sell their products on the Nutr8Deli.co.za website or on the Nutr8wellness.co.za website. The commentator further warrants that any comments posted will not contain any hate speech, racist remarks, obscene or abusive material, any defamatory or body shaming remarks, or any comments which may be deemed unlawful. Any comments made that may lead to concern with regards to the above, will be referred to the commentator for their accountability to deal with any legal matters that may arise due to the comments made. Nutr8 Wellness – SA is committed to bringing elements of a balanced dietary nature to our customers, and we represent no favouritism toward any one specific school of dietary thought. As such, some of our products will be suited to some diets and not to others. We do however believe that we will have dietary options for most of our customer requirements.
Pricing Policy
The Nutr8 Pricing policy is to bring to our consumers the most cost-effective goodness in the wellness industry. We scour the earth to find the superfoods and ingredients that make up the essence of our products and bring these to our consumers in the appropriate quantities to ensure the efficacy of our products.
To further tailor our pricing to our consumers, we encourage our customers to sign up for our newsletter to ensure that they receive a 5% discount coupon for all purchases across our site.
To register please press on the register tab which will take you to the registration process. You will be required to provide certain personal details and your delivery address. When registering, you will be required to choose a user ID and a password. Please keep your password private. You will be required to enter your user ID and password each time you visit our online shopping site. To amend any registration particulars please click on “Your Account” and edit your details. Please note that Nutr8Deli accepts no liability for any damages suffered or losses incurred from the use or misuse of your user ID or password.
While every care has been taken to invite our partner companies to offer their products on the Nutr8Deli website based on wholesome wellness, we cannot independently verify the efficacy of our partner products and the purchaser makes the purchase of our partner products at their own risk.

The option to purchase Nutr8Deli products by means of the Nutr8Deli.co.za website is entirely at the purchasers risk, and Nutr8Deli provides no warranties that the use hereof will be error free. Further to the use hereof, Nutr8Deli cannot warrant that website or service provider which hosts the website is free from viruses or other harmful code and we only warrant that all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure an error free functioning of the website. Furthermore, Nutr8Deli cannot warrant the flawless function of the payment gateway operators other than the standard terms and conditions supplied by said payment gateway provider(s). Therefore, use of our website is entirely at the purchaser’s own risk., and Nutr8Deli accepts no liability, to the extent permitted by law, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever or howsoever caused arising from the access or use of our website or the purchase of any of our products or those of our Deli partners. Medical Conditions and Sports Supplements disclaimers
Nutr8 Wellness – SA (Pty) Ltd (“Nutr8 Wellness”) conducts random sample testing as part of our quality assurance process. Insofar as sports supplements and sports related products are concerned, it is not possible for Nutr8 Wellness – SA to warrant that our sports focused products will be WADA compliant and we therefore encourage any sports person who may be subject to WADA testing, to check that there are no banned substances contained within the Nutr8 Wellness – SA product range. We therefore do not warrant that our product range is completely WADA compliant. We will, however, undergo testing by entities such as Informed Sports on a subset of the sports focused products that we offer as part of the Nutr8 Wellness – SA range of products.
Nutr8 Wellness – SA will only warrant the contents of the products produced in our production facilities, but we cannot guarantee that the products will at all times be safe and uncontaminated. Nutr8 Wellness does however warrant that the contents of our products are congruent with the labelling on the packaging. We cannot warrant the same for our partner products sold on the Nutr8Deli website.
Please note that the products displayed for sale on Nutr8Deli.co.za may not be suitable for all consumers, specifically consumers who may suffer from certain medical ailments. Should a consumer have a specific medical condition Nutr8Deli would advise such consumer to seek medical advice before committing to any specific diet or product available on Nutr8Deli.co.za.
Disclaimer: Unless gross negligence on the part of Nutr8 Wellness can be proven, Nutr8 Wellness accepts no liability, to the extent permitted by law, for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injury, harm, death, loss or damage of any kind whatsoever or howsoever caused, arising from the consumption of any of our products. The consumers who purchase any products from Nutr8Deli.co.za therefore, by entering any transaction on the website or in general with Nutr8 Wellness and to the extent permitted by law, agrees to indemnify us against any loss or damage suffered or liability incurred by reason of your purchase of any of our products.
